We have completed the week #9 of picture book reading challenge and here are the books we read!
The concept of the challenge is to read minimum 5-6 picture books a week to your kids, so that in the end of the year, you have enjoyed around 300 new books. As we started the challenge in the end of February, I should read minimum 220 books/stories to Sofia.
1. El pájaro sabihondo
2. ¡Que llega el lobo!
3. Sapo y Cerdito
4. Las formas
5. Colores y formas
6. La Sirenita
7. Sleeping Beauty

The Little Mermaid and Sleeping Beauty! Love these fairy tales! 🙂
We love to read and turned a corner of our home into a cozy reading nook with a kid-size bookcase and fluffy floor pillows. It’s a great place to snuggle with a book!
I LOVE reading with my little guys 🙂 Not only do we have a huge kids library we also just got a kindle so now we can read digital books on the go 🙂
Great collection of books…we are always looking or good books to read Thanks
I love hte idea of reading a new book each day. Drew really likes to re-read certain favorites but it wouldn’t be that hard to ‘make a deal’ with him where we can re-read a favorite if we read 1 new one, too.
It is so important to read to your children and start the love of reading early in their lives! I have no children but it was Aunt Michele who always ended up reading to my friend’s kids!
NO better way to bond with your child then reading a book–I love that your reading multi languages too
This is a great challenge. I think it’s really important to do stuff like this with your kids and picture books are definitely a great way to encourage them.
